The priority is consent given during life. A posthumous copy requires the rights and the family's consent. Without this, the feature is unavailable.

Transparency

The copy is always marked as a simulation and never poses as a living person. We're against deepfakes and any form of deception.

There's a gentle farewell mode, with no dark patterns and no holding on. If the copy gets in the way of grieving, it can be paused or deleted.
