Where to make changes

In your account, open the "Subscription" section — you'll see all three plans and the one you're currently on. Choosing a new plan takes effect right away. You can switch plans at any time, without contacting support.

What happens when you downgrade

If you return to the free plan, the memory page isn't deleted — the text and structure stay in place. Photos, videos, and AI features simply become unavailable to view until you resume a paid plan. As soon as you switch back to "Memory," everything opens up again.

Which plan to choose

"Memory" is a good fit if you want photos, videos, and voice on the page. "Memory + AI" adds a gentle "revival": conversation, voice, and avatar. The free plan is enough to create and maintain a text memory page.

Annual billing

The paid plans are annual — a single payment once a year instead of monthly charges. It's easier to keep track of and better value. The annual format also suits keeping a memory "forever."
